When you speak to your class teacher each week, talk to them about how you are feeling, what you have been doing and remember we are always here to help! 

 

If you have any other ideas for how people could look after their physical and mental well-being at home or if you have been learning some new life skills, share these with your teacher who can pass them on to your class!
