We are really excited about welcoming your children into school in the Autumn term. In the meantime, please take some time to watch the video below and look through all of the information on this page to support you with your preparations.
Meet the Team
Drinks, snacks and lunch
Drinks - Your child will need to bring a water bottle to school every day, with water only inside (no squash or fizzy drinks.) Milk will be provided in school for children who would like to drink it.
Snacks - Your child does not need to bring snacks to school with them - we provide healthy snacks in the classroom.
School dinners - your child is entitled to universal free school meals up to year 2. Please encourage your child to eat independently with a knife and fork at home as this is what they will need to do at school.
Packed lunch - your child may prefer to eat a packed lunch from home. Their lunch needs to be healthy and nut free, please see the below document for more information.
Your child will need to wear uniform at school, this includes:
You can purchase some of these items with a logo through school, please see the price list list below.
Our school uniform shop is usually open every Wednesday after school (with additional days in the first few weeks of September) however due to current circumstances the shop is not operating.
We are working on setting up a safe system to purchase uniform again from September and will be able to give you more information then.
We will communicate information to you through electronic letters.
They may include important information about upcoming events such as parent workshops, non uniform days or trips.
Please make sure to download the ‘Parent Mail’ app to receive these letters straight to your phone once your child starts school.
We use ‘Evidence Me’ to make observations of your child’s learning at school.
We can send these observations to you, so that you can keep up to date with your child’s progress.
You can also send photos, videos and comments about their learning at home back to us.
Please make sure to download the ‘Evidence Me’ app to receive and send updates on your phone once your child starts school.
In the Early Years we follow the 'Development Matters' curriculum where children are supported to learn through play; click the below link to view a parent-friendly version.
