Well - being at home
On this page you will find some helpful tips and activities for you adults and children about looking after you well-being and mental health at home.
We want you to ensure that you are engaging with your emotions, all of them. When you chat with your teacher each week tell them how you have been feeling, not just on that day, but everyday.
If you have any ideas that you have been using with your family to look after your well-being that might help other children please share these with your teacher.
